- Service providers: We use WhatsApp Business for client communication and standard email services. These platforms handle data under their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or regulatory demand in Pakistan, UAE, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain client data for the following periods:
- Tax and financial records: Minimum 6 years from the date of the relevant tax year, consistent with FBR, FTA, and IRS record-keeping requirements
- Enquiry and chatbot data: 12 months from the date of contact, unless an engagement commenced
- Engagement correspondence: Duration of the engagement plus 5 years
After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
