This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website (nexivol.com), our website chatbot, contact forms, and in the course of providing professional services.

We retain client data for the following periods:

• Tax and financial records: Minimum 6 years from the date of the relevant tax year, consistent with FBR, FTA, and IRS record-keeping requirements
• Enquiry and chatbot data: 12 months from the date of contact, unless an engagement commenced
• Engagement correspondence: Duration of the engagement plus 5 years

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
